What is the primary ingredient?

Epilobium parviflorum, or "Small Flowered Willow Herb" is a widespread herb in Central and Eastern Europe, and may be a stronger, more effective option than Saw Palmetto in supporting prostate health, according to research. Preliminary in vitro studies at the Prostate Center of Vancouver suggested that very low concentrations of small-flowered willow herb tea extract (in the micrograms per ml level) may be active against benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH).
