Unfortunately this is not Fivelac on the cheap - because the capsules only contain half as much as the sachets. In other words 2 capsules = 1 sachet. Unfortunately some of our competitors selling this product rather conveniently choose to omit mentioning this on their web sites. Nonetheless the capsules a good buy for those who are requiring maintenance, don't like sachets, or prefer to spread their use into smaller but more regular dosages.
It should also be noted that the capsules contain gelatine. Vegetarians should therefore select the sachets. On the other hand, unlike the sachets it does not contain lactose. The amount of lactose in the sachets is negligible, but may make it unsuitable in cases of very severe intolerance as well as for vegans.
